Athletic Based Training
Elite Training Academy is committed to supporting the athletes' goals in achieving personal long term success. Athletes using Elite's Training programs benefit from the collective knowledge of the entire Elite Team. We incorporate a collaborative team approach to BUILD and REBUILD athletes at all levels. Our personalized approach to both fitness and sport provides a solid foundation for long term success of each athlete.
The Elite team will design and deliver training programs using the most advanced and tested training Techniques available today. The Elite team approach integrates the techniques of progressive functional movements, Athletic based movements, and most importantly core training.
Starting with the Athlete's Profile which is derived from a Ten Point Test, we are able to see how each athlete performs - flexibility, movement, strength, speed, and endurance - the Elite team determines the best path for the athlete to excel and achieve his or her goals.
Each program is designed with the four pillars of human movement as its foundation; linear, lateral, vertical, and rotational movement.
We believe that all these movements individually and inclusively are the backbone of functional athletic movement, and once confident in each plane of movement an athlete will perform at his or her greatest potential.
