About US
Founded originally as 4Elite Training by Lucious Davis as a sports performance training company, he transitioned the company into a nonprofit. Because of his passion to give back and uplift the youth, he wanted to find a way to make an impact. Coming from a sports background he knew the importance of mentorship as well as coaching and the influence those men and women had on his life.
4Elite Training Academy has partnered with school districts across Los Angeles and Orange Counties. We have engaging and enriching programs that improve teacher satisfaction and mental health of the students. Our coaches provide support and mentor the youth in our PESEL and Leadership Elite Mentoring programs, making our program one of the most sought-after curriculums in the state of Southern California.
