Leadership Elite Mentoring Program

Leadership Elite is being established to provide mentoring for at-risk middle and high school youth; as well as offer leadership development for 6th - 12th grade academic high achievers in Los Angeles County. The program will form partnerships with local school districts, churches, and the juvenile court system. Leadership Elite matches caring adult volunteers with a referred youth. Leadership Elite will establish four diverse mentoring programs

  • Pioneers: Pioneers is the fundamental program of Leadership Elite. At risk 6th-12th grade students and their mentors participate in a structured program of support.

  • Impact: Impact focuses on student who are recurrently suspended from school. This program will focus on middle and high school students.

  • Brighter Future: Brighter Future engages youth involved in the juvenile court system.

  • Elite Achievers: Elite Achievers work with students in middle and high school who have shown exceptional academics and leadership qualities.

  • Guardians: Guardians allow the police of the targeted communities to work directly with at risk 6th-12th grade students. Building rapport and trust between police and community.
