SAQ Training
SAQ stands for speed, agility, and quickness. Using SAQ training will improve balance, gain quicker feet, and a faster reaction time for our athletes. Available to athletes K-12 as well as college and professional athletes.
Position Specific Training
This training coincides with our SAQ training and is precisely developed to focus on conditioning the body and mind to surpass through the unique demands for endurance, speed, agility, balance and recovery required by each sport as well as minimize injury. An athlete will benefit tremendously from this type of training, most likely seeing dramatic improvements in their level of fitness and strength. Position specific training isn’t just for athletes who are training for high school, college, or professional teams but the more recreational or “weekend warrior” types can benefit from training routines designed for their respective sport. Runners, cyclists, Ironmen and recreational team players can train their bodies to endure physical stress for longer periods of time and recover faster, allowing them to set and reach successive goals instead of plateauing.

Fitness Elite Bootcamps
Sometimes people perform better in a group setting. 4Elite Training Academy is offering a chance for individuals to take control of their health. The emphasis is on weight loss and to prepare participants for a long-term fitness plan. This is a full body workout using bodyweight, free weights, medicine balls, and resistance bands. This is a high intensity, high rep exercise but individuals are encouraged to go at their own pace.

Incorporating instruction, skill, and mental involvement in the recommended 60 minutes is equally important and more stimulating than just aerobic exercise.
